Designers do not have an easy to do job, because these particular people, have to always, be aware that their creative side is being put through the test.

In today’s article, we are going to talk about, CSS3, and how it can help us develop better websites.

One of the things, that you will know about CSS3, is, that it is not a programming language, and you should not treat it as such.

So be aware of how you tackle, those pesky tables and webpage styles, when you have a major project to do.

Web site designing is easy, and you have to understand, that most of the work, will be, done, when you don’t understand or know the syntax of the code.

In CSS3 for example, the syntax of the code is as such; the selector, which is the HTML tag, that a style is applied to; a good example of this would be, an HTML tags, which can be styled:

or etc.

Another part of the syntax of CSS3, is the property, which is a type of attribute of HTML tag, that items, which defines, how the style of a webpage or any application should look and feel.

The last but not least part, of CSS3 syntax, are the actual values, which are items assigned to properties.

An example of such values, is this, the color property may have the value red or #F1F1F1.

So, the parts of CSS3, is selector {property: value;}, for example: p{color: red;}for tags, .

class name{color:red;}, for classes and #ID_name.

That’s it, you don’t need to know, anything else about, the syntax of CSS3, everything else, is to memorize and know the properties and values, and how to place them, with which, selector.

You may also have to learn about @media, but you probably won’t and if you do, just look it up.

CSS3, is not about knowing, or finding a logic, to accomplish, your tasks.

CSS3 is not hard at all, but you have to know what you are doing, if you want to accomplish your goals, in building a robust website.

CSS3 though will challenge you, if you are just a new designer, but not to worry because, there is plenty of resources online, which you can use, to bring yourself up to speed.

You have to do what you gotta do.

That’s what you have to do, is to think and you’ll see, how easily, CSS3 will come to you, but you have to do, your research and work, on the field so that you don’t feel so detached from what, it is that you are learning; in this case, we are talking about CSS3.

You must not lose focus, though and don’t be discourage, if you don’t understand things, the first time.

Just keep on coming back again, and again and again, until you have, achieved, the level of knowledge, that you need to succeed, in CSS3.

Another thing, that you may want to do, is to believe in your skills, make sure that you don’t lost site of the goal, and always keep moving forward, no matter how hard things may seem.

You will always be tested, on your front end, skills, so don’t try to avoid it, face it learn it and accomplish the job.
