Learn to Test The Limits of Your Body
The body is truly a very special place and we should really treated as though it is a temple, because the body you have is the only one you will get and if you mess it up or you let yourselves go, you will not receive any other body.
You should also consider not dying because there is no coming back from that and yes my fellow reader you could live forever if you follow the laws, statues and commandments of the God of Israel and they were given to your nation of people.
In today's article we are going to talk about the limitations of our body and how we test those limits so that we don't ever lose what was freely given to us by The Most High.
People often say that you should put the limits of your body through a test and figure out how far our bodies can go, but once we reach that limit, we usually don't know how to stop and we should.
We have been programmed by our society to believe that we can grow stronger, run faster and be smarter than the generation that was before us.
However, is this ideology the truth? Sometimes we don't consider the truth, we just go by what a scientific theory says and we believe it without giving consideration to the real truth.
Heck many of us don't even know where to find truth anymore; therefore, we don't seek the truth and instead we spend our lives expanding our bodies and pushing the limits of our minds so that we may reach a reality that was not even supposed to be part of our lives in the first place.
We believe some how that because we can climb mountains, live longer lives, and populate every inch of the earth that we are making some type of collective human progress.
Oh yes and don't worry, if you have read some of my article posts, I know in many occasions we have thrown the bible and The God of Israel at you but we won't do that any more, because it is not permitted of us to do so.
But we are going to use scientific facts that shows us that our humans ambitions will never be realized because there are certain scientific principles, laws of physics, mathematics, biomechanics and thermodynamics that won't allow us to reach a ferry tale potential that we for some odd stupid reason believe we can reach.
We all need to realize that we have been at the game of life for many years and the boundaries that we are seeking to stretch will never yield to us because as we mentioned before we are bound by certain universal laws that we have to learn to follow.
When we don't follow these universal laws then we fall into a perpetual lie, which keeps us bound and in mental slavery for as long as we believe the lie.
When we push certain limits we don't get to live to tell the story, a good example of this is when we try to see how heavy we can get.
The last man who tried it, Jon Brower Minnoch weighed 1,400 pounds and developed all types of problems.
You can search out his name and you'll see that we are telling you the truth here, for some odd stupid reason this guy wanted to push the limits and see how heavy he could get.
Well he was very big before his death at a very young age, he was 41 when he died and left two children and a wife behind, because he didn't want to follow the universal laws that we must follow.
We can't stretch our bodies to be that heavy and not have to suffer some type of negative consequences.
Another limit we try to push that may not take your life, is our human speed, we are always trying to see how fast we can run.
You may already know him but I have to mention this guy, Usain Bolt or “Lighting Bolt” is the fastest human ever recorded in history after he broke all types of record in the 2008 Olympics, he established in our minds that we could run faster and faster.
The most notable record he broke was in the 100 meter, where he ran it in 9.
58 seconds and no one was able to beat him.
Pushing your limit when you run is actually not a bad thing to do, but you do have to be careful that you don't hurt yourselves.
We also tend to test how much weight we can lift, you see it all the time if you are the person to go to the gym regularly; how people lift weights, they add more and more weights to their already heavy weigh bar and they surprisingly do the sets of weights they add on.
If you are one of those people who likes to life weights make sure you don't hurt yourselves when you are pushing your limits.
Another limit we often push as well is how hard we can punch, there are many tips out there to show you that you can improve your punching techniques.
Boxers often practice and improve their punching techniques on a daily basis to be better boxers and win on their next match.
We also test how tall we can grow, no matter who you are, you want to grow taller than anyone else around you.
Only a few humans grow to be taller than eight foot, because most of us grow to be no more than six feet.
If you are one of the lucky people you'll grow to be taller than six feet and you'll be considered a tall person.
If you are a women you will probably never see this height, because women don't grow to be taller than 5' 9'' on average.
However if you are a woman that plays basketball and you are serious with your game, you may just grow to be tall.
As we mentioned before there are certain universal laws that are preventing us from pushing certain limits such as growing as tall as we want to grow.
One of the universal laws that are preventing us from growing as tall as we want to grow is gravity according to scientific research.
Another limit that we try to push is how smart we can get, and we push that limit by reading lots of books and going to school a lot.
Intelligence is not a fixed quantity and you can improve your mental horsepower when you think about how you approach certain difficult situations in life.
If you however is really looking to push how smart you can get, you need to then be smart about how you spend your time in life, you also need to write down everything you learn and you should also surround yourself with friends that are as smart as you are or smarter than you are.
Reading a lot will also improve your brain power, leaning a new language will work to your advantage as well and you also need to take some downtime, so that your brain can be recharged to learn some more new and fascinating things the next day.
Another limit that we push and should always push is how long we can survive without food.
We are bound by our body weight, genetic variation and other health considerations as well as dehydration so be very careful if you decide to starve yourselves.
We should always be pushing this limit though, especially if you are an overweight person, you may want to lose weight by not eating for a few days.
We all know that Jesus survived forty days and forty nights without eating, but he was in the spirit and He is the Son of The God of Israel.
We could compare ourselves to Him, but most of you won't be able to do that because he was doing it for other reasons and as we mentioned we are not allowed to throw the bible at you anymore; so we'll talk about someone else who went without food for 21 days.
We all know him as Mahatma Gandhi, who was 74 when he fasted for that many days.
Other humans have starve themselves for even longer days then Gandhi though, but they were doing it for other reasons.
We also try to see how far we can dive, the most that people have dived is 130 feet, however an Egyptian diver broke a record by diving more than 1,000 feet below the ocean surface.
Ahmed Gabr plunged 1,090 feet into the Red Sea and recorded the deepest scuba dive ever.
We also try to see how many days can we go without needing to go to sleep, but sleep is a fundamental human requirement, so don't try to push this limit.
If you try to stay awake for more than 11 days you may not live to tell the story and go into a deep sleep from which you will not awake.
The limits of our body have been and continue to be tested, we have to however realize that the body will take but so many hits before it collapses because we are not made out of steel.
Instead we are made out of flesh and bones and we corrode and can pass away if we don't learn to follow the truth and stay withing the boundaries of the truth.
Take care of your body my fellow reader and learn which limits you should push as we as when you have reach that limit so that you may stop.
We humans are programmed to grow stronger, faster, and smarter; to climb higher, live longer, and populate every last inch of real estate.
We’ve toppled scores of world records over the past few decades, but how much more progress can we make?
No matter how we enhance our natural capabilities, our potential is bound by certain scientific principles—laws of physics, biomechanics, and thermodynamics—that don’t yield to human ambition.
The Human body, including our brain, has much more potential than we currently know. Much functions of our DNA in our genes were yet to be determined and as such they were termed to be "junk".
It is also known that our Human brain has much more potential than what we currently utilize in our everyday life.
So how much more can our human body achieve? One hears epic accounts of people surviving bullets to the brain, 10-story free-falls or months stranded at sea. But put a human anywhere in the known universe except for the thin shell of space that extends a couple of miles above or below sea level on Earth, and we perish within minutes.
As strong and resilient as the human body seems in some situations, considered in the context of the cosmos as a whole, it's unnervingly fragile.
Many of the boundaries within which a typical human can survive have been fully established; the well-known "rule of threes" dictates how long we can forgo air, water and food (roughly three minutes, three days and three weeks, respectively).
Other limits are more speculative, because people have seldom, if ever, tested them.
For example, how long can you stay awake before you die? How high in altitude can you climb before suffocating? How much acceleration can your body withstand before it rips apart?

Hi every one, I obtained a bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics back in 2006, from Claflin University, after I received my bachelor's degree, I gained full time employment as a software engineer at a Video Relay Service company, maintaining databases and developing software for a new developed device called the VPAD.
I worked at that company for two years, then I became a web developer, and worked for a magazine for three years. After that job, I worked as a Drupal web developer, as a subcontractor for the NIH, for a year and then left the job to go back to school.
